NAS Aircraft Management

Since its initial establishment, one of the Company’s key objectives has been to establish a high quality aircraft management division in order to leverage its substantial infrastructure and complement its fractional and charter programs.  This has been successfully accomplished by the Company through the utilization of both the expertise provided by NAS and the established NAS infrastructure, along with all that has been learned and experienced in the setting up of the NAS Program.

As a result, the NAS Aircraft Management Program has been established and has been operating for some time now, offering you the following range of services:

AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SUPPORT

This service is offered in cases where an aircraft owner currently has an operations department, wishes to use his own crew or is required to have direct control over the fleet.

The service includes both the management of aircraft maintenance and support of the aircraft’s operation.  Each contract and each customer’s requirements vary, from simple outsourcing of aircraft maintenance, to supply of and/or training of pilots, to permanently keeping a maintenance team on your site.

To be able to provide these services to you, NAS has obtained a Part 145 Repair Center certification with the Saudi Arabian Presidency of Civil Aviation (“PCA”), and has subsequently obtained the first Part 125 large commercial aircraft operator’s certification issued in Saudi Arabia.  These combined qualifications, along with the company’s full Part 135 charter operator certification, are unmatched by any operation in the Middle East.

EXCLUSIVE AIRCRAFT MANAGEMENT

NAS offers this service to private aircraft owners who either fully utilize their aircraft, or simply do not wish charter their aircraft when not in their personal use, and yet require turnkey aircraft management services.  In such a situation, NAS simply takes over the operation of the aircraft under a Part 91 basis, keeping it available for your use at all times.

This service, along with the third type listed below, was developed with the assistance of, and following the structure of, NAS and its aircraft management division – Executive Jet Management.  EJM is one of the leading providers of aircraft management and charter services worldwide, managing a fleet of over one hundred (100) aircraft.

AIRCRAFT MANAGEMENT AND CHARTER

Many aircraft owners do not fully utilize their aircraft, providing an opportunity for them to charter excess time and cover some of their fixed costs.  Under this option, in addition to providing turnkey aircraft management services, your aircraft is added to the NAS Air Operator’s Certificate, certified for Part 135 operation and put up for charter.   The NJME Sales and Marketing Department then undertakes to find charter customers who cannot be served by the NJME fleet.  With a charter customer base now in excess of 200, this is generally a simple task, since the demand for such high level services, provided by a fully qualified and legal operator, where applicability of insurance and level of safety and security are unquestionable, is significant.

If you own your own aircraft, or even your own fleet, and are looking to outsource anything from a single service to the entire operation, NAS can provide a solution which can reduce your costs (i.e. utilizing the buying power of a 500+ aircraft fleet), increase your flexibility and even earn you revenues.  The NAS Aircraft Management program can ensure you are cleared for take-off.
